Meet our Sponsors & Donors
Our deepest gratitude goes to the following who have shared their resources to help further our cause:

Mayor Albert "OJ" G. Ambagan Jr.
Municipal Mayor of Amadeo, Cavite

Mayor Ambagan has given valuable support to Figaro Foundation with its planting projects and seminars. He donated his 2-hectare land for the Foundation's Barako tree planting last August 2002.

Dr. Alejandro C. Mojica
Dr. Mojica has continuously supported the Save the Barako project by providing seedlings and technical assistance for the Foundation's various tree planting projects. He is Research Director at the Cavite State University.

Leisure Farms
c/o Mr. Alby Xerez Burgos

Leisure Farms is supporting the Barako cause through the setting up of a Barako demo farm in Leisure Farms to encourage property owners to plant barako in their lots/gardens.

National Coffee Development Board

The Coffee Board supports the project through developing and promoting the Philippine coffee industry via research, technical assistance and credit programs for development, expansion, rehabilitation and rejuvenation of coffee farms; internationally accepted certification of coffee farms, millers and roasters; and marketing and promotion of coffee for domestic and export markets. Visit their website at www.philippinecoffees.com

Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP)

As Figaro becomes a member of PBSP, the country's largest coalition of companies involved in social development, Figaro will contribute its time, resources, and expertise to support PBSP's poverty reduction programs nationwide. Visit the PBSP website at www.pbsp.org.ph

Cavite State University (CavSU)

CavSU is Figaro Foundation’s coffee farming and research partner for the Cavite area. The university hosts a Barako seedling nursery and a coffee museum that showcases all four varieties of coffee. CavSU is also a favorite destination for coffee farm tours and tree-planting activities.

Landbank and Agricultural Credit Policy Council

Both are Figaro Foundation’s partners for its Wild About Organic direct-to-farm buying program. They are currently helping the farmers who have enlisted in the program in the Cordillera region with training and technology transfer. The ACPC is an attached agency of the Dept. of Agriculture.

Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club

Mt. Malarayat hosted the one of Figaro Foundation’s tree-planting activities last September 9, 2004. This event launched the first Figaro Foundation Organic Coffee Pilot Farm in Batangas.

Benguet State University (BSU)

BSU currently signed an MOA with the Figaro Foundation and is now the coffee farming and research partner of the Figaro Foundation in Benguet. The first Figaro Foundation Organic Coffee Pilot Farm in Benguet was launched last August 2004 in BSU’s Agroforestry area.
